Administration:

• Dogs under 20 kilos : 1-2 drops a day under normal conditions.
• from 20 to 30 kilos : 2-3 drops a day under normal conditions.
• over 30 kilos : 3-4 drops a day under normal conditions.

As much as possible, we recommend that you give CBD oil to your dog or cat on an empty stomach and directly in the mouth if possible, as this allows for better absorption into the oral mucosa. You can also add it to their food, since they don't usually dislike its smell and taste. Remember that, like other phytotherapeutic products, CBD oil can sometimes take several weeks to show its effects on your dog or cat. We understand the urgency in relieving your suffering, but patience and perseverance are key in natural treatments.

If the animal is taking other medications or supplements, it is essential to consult an integrative veterinarian, who has sufficient knowledge to assess the most appropriate treatment. It must be taken into account that CBD modifies the metabolization of some medications (e.g. steroids, allergy medications, anxiety medications, liver, kidney or heart medications, or NSAIDs). In these cases, the veterinarian will adjust the most appropriate dose of CBD and medication. Sometimes the change in CBD metabolism is so positive that you will be able to reduce or eliminate certain medications.
